Care
How long the plating of your jewelry remains beautiful varies per person. The natural PH value of the skin (acidity) can cause discoloration. This can be influenced by, among other things, alcohol consumption, medication use and perspiration. To protect the plating as best as possible against external influences, it is important to take the following into account:
- Do not wear our jewelry while showering, exercising or sleeping;
- Avoid contact with care products such as perfume, body lotion, etc.;
- Store your jewelry in the supplied pouch or packaging. This reduces the risk of discoloration due to sunlight or moisture.
Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@hulahush.com and include a photo and the order number. Also contact us if you are not sure whether your item is as it should be or does not close properly. We offer a 2-month warranty on Gold-Plated items from the date of purchase.
Our warranty does not apply to:
- Scratches caused by normal wear and tear
- Improper use or storage of your jewelry
- We cannot refund lost jewelry items, we require the defective item to offer compensation or repair.

Returns
HULA HUSH's returns policy gives you the opportunity to change your mind and return your order up to 14 days after placing your order.
When returning earrings, it is mandatory that one of the two earrings is still in the unopened seal bag. If this is not the case, the return will not be processed.
We recommend that you package the return shipment well, for example in the original shipping box or something similar. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. If items are damaged or worn, the return will not be processed.
Please note : Keep the return receipt at all times until the return has been fully processed. Without a valid proof of postage, no investigation can be initiated to trace a missing package and the return cannot be processed. This is your own responsibility.
If you received a free item (gift) with your order, you must also return it unopened and complete. Have you ordered multiple items and are you not returning everything? In that case, the piece of jewelry you keep must meet the minimum order value of the promotional conditions in order to keep the free item. If this does not meet your requirements, you must return the free item, otherwise the return will not be processed.

When you pay for your order, you will be directly taken to Shopify's secure online payment environment. After we have received payment, you will receive your order confirmation and order number by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code from Post NL, so that you can track your order and the delivery time.
